NIN and BVN Identity Verification

Upload Qualifications & Documents

NYSC Certificate Verification
For Nigerian graduates, the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) must be completed before a full professional license is issued. NMR cross-references the NYSC database directly. International graduate tracks follow HPCSA/IMC equivalence pathway instead.

AI Fraud Detection Engine Review
NMR's machine-learning engine performs 18 simultaneous checks: institution ranking against WAEC/JAMB/JAMB records, PDF metadata analysis for document tampering, NIMC identity match, NYSC database cross-reference, diploma mill database screening (global list of 1,400+ fake schools), and prior criminal record scan. Applications score 0–100; high-risk cases are flagged for manual review.
Council Officer Approves License
A designated council officer reviews the application summary, AI analysis output, and all supporting documents. Upon approval, a unique license identifier is issued (e.g., MDCN-NG-2026-XXXXXX). The license is anchored onto the Nigeria sovereign Hyperledger Fabric blockchain channel. An SMS notification and email confirmation are dispatched to the practitioner.
QR Code and Digital Badge Generated
A live QR code is generated at nmr.gov.ng/scan/[license-number]. It is scannable from any smartphone camera without an app. The digital badge includes photo, name, specialty, license number, active status, and blockchain reference hash. Both download as high-resolution PNG and PDF.
Physical NFC Smart Card Mailed
A physical NMR ID card with an embedded NFC chip is mailed to the registered address via government courier. Tapping the card at NFC-enabled facility terminals checks in the practitioner, anchoring their presence on blockchain. This eliminates ghost worker fraud — you cannot swipe in for someone who is not physically present.
