Physical NFC Smart Card Mailed

A physical NMR ID card with an embedded NFC chip is mailed to the registered address via government courier. Tapping the card at NFC-enabled facility terminals checks in the practitioner, anchoring their presence on blockchain. This eliminates ghost worker fraud — you cannot swipe in for someone who is not physically present.
